I worked to ensure that seasonal businesses were eligible for forgivable loans from the Payment Protection Program and received fair treatment during the loan process.

After advocating with the Department of Transporation, I am proud that MetalCraft Marine in Watertown received a significant grant. This funding allows for the purchase of necessary equipment to build world-renowned boats while giving back to our community.

I was proud to secure $1 million in funding for Clinton County that will promote economic development for improvements to the multipurpose United States Air Force facility for industrial use.

Upstate New York and North Country firefighters selflessly serve our communities each day. I’m proud to have helped deliver $9.1 million to fire departments across NY-21. These funds will help support the critical and life-saving work that firefighters do in our communities.

Joe Biden’s supply chain crisis has crushed NY-21 businesses. I cosponsored The Ocean Shipping Reform Act to help increase competition in the global ocean shipping industry and fight trade imbalances. I’ll continue finding solutions to address this crisis.

The Community Services Block Grant Program supports community-based activities to tackle poverty, the rampant opioid epidemic, and education disparities in NY-21. During my time in Congress, I have fought to strengthen these programs and delivered $60 million to programs in Upstate New York and the North Country.
